3023 North Main is a one of a kind craftsman cottage that was refreshed to its original glory. The home features the original solid wood ship lap throughout the home along the original solid hardwood flooring throughout half of the home. We honored the history of the time with interior design and furnishings inspired by the 1930s. When we are not using the space ourselves, we offer areas of the house for others to use as vacation rental. During any house rental, we home owners will present to supervise and manage.

— minimum $200 spent: any additional time is $100 per hour

— $200: 2 hour party time + 1 hour prep/take down, any additional time is $75 per hour, all events must end by 10pm
